Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

This is the third of a six part series of Scratchboards of Rochester, New Hampshire. This piece shows Spaulding High School which is a beautiful and historic Rochester building. The image was created by scratching through the black outer layer of a clayboard into white clay. The scratch marks in the white clay produce the final image.
I am a scratchboard artist who has enjoyed drawing and painting throughout my life. In the fall of 2001 I was introduced to the scratchboard medium through a course at the University of New Hampshire. I took an immediate liking to this art form as it combines drawing and painting to create three-dimensional effects. Scratchboard art is very detail oriented requiring patience as well as an eye for form, light, and shadow.
